We feel that one can get tremendeous enjoyment from simple things. Listen to the birds in the sky or feel the cooling seawater after a hot sauna. Pick blueberrys and bake a pie, it will be the best you ever tasted. If the water needs to be boiled, make a fire and stare in to the flames. Have a long discussion with your partner. Or stay silent. We Finns can stay silent and still feel the happiness tingeling in our toes just doing nothing. This is all very simple, but we promise you, these memories will stay with you for a lifetime.
